We are law major students at Otaru University of Commerce in Japan. We
belong to the International Transaction Law Seminar where we have been
learning both Japanese and English contract laws using a contract written
in English. We are now in the senior (4th) year, and plan to do a real
commercial transaction with a company outside Japan to better understand
what we studied.

We intend to have made and distribute schedule notebooks (diary) specially
made for job hunting students in our university. The notebook is to
contain monthly calendar, weekly calendar, space for notes, and a useful
list of companies which students may wish to interview for jobs.
The specifications of the product in mind would be roughly as follows :

1. size of diary : about 130mm×180mm
2. materials for paper : depend on the price(We haven't decided yet.)
materials for cover : soft leather
3. how many pages for each index
monthly calendar : 12sheets , weekly calendar (with space for notes) :

useful list : 6sheets , another space for notes : 3sheets
4. order quantity
　　about 500 (but it depends on the price.)
5. any other special requirements
・Arrival date in JAPAN : No later than September
・Maximum price payable by us : about 1500 US$ (including freight and
other expenses)

Now we are trying to locate a company who would be willing and capable to
make such notebooks for us. As we contacted various institutions and
